Though I have never met Ginny, she has done great work for us on our last 5 cruises. She is very prompt when answering questions and really goes out of her way to make sure there are no problems. However, from our conversations, I was very pleased with her follow up. As part of that follow up, and an example of some of the extra services she offers, she ended up sending me some great information, for a cruise I had booked with someone else. Needless to say, I ended up adding her website to my favorites list. A few months later, I called her after seeing what seemed like an excellent deal on the Sea Princess. Since I have cruised many times on other lines, I know what seems like a low price, may not always be worth it in the long run. However, in this case, from start to finish, I had a fabulous cruise experience, and all at a fantastic price - now throw in a great tan in February, and it doesn't get much better than that. Everything, from Ginny's service, to the cruise product that Princess delivered, was excellent. Although another cruise line coined the phrase, "exceeding expectations", I can definitely say this described my entire experience. I have already booked another cruise with Ginny and would not hesitate to recommend both her and Princess - in fact I already have. And when all is said and done, the fact that I am using her again, as well as the fact that I have referred her to my friends, says it all. Ric Frederick Holland America provides a lovely cruise experience. Of the several ships we've sailed on, each has been beautifully decorated, with spacious and well-appointed staterooms. The crew was friendly and eager to please, and the food was delicious. All our travel arrangements are made by Ginny Schoenfeld of Great Cruising, who does a super job. Hi Ginny, Thanks so much for the wonderful Christmas Cruise you arranged for my friend and me last December. It was only a short -- 4-day--getaway but every day was perfect. We especially enjoyed our Christmas dinner and all the activities the ship offered as well as the Ports of Call in the Caribbean. We plan to book with you again because you really have the "cruising know-how". And you gave us such patient and friendly service plus a great rate. Ofcourse we''ll recommend you to everyone we know. I can't wait and am already counting the days, even though it's 10 months away. I am going to need to talk to you about flight arrangements, probably sometime after the first of the year. I would like to know what Celebrity means by "custom air" for Captain Club members, as we might use Celebrity to get us to Europe. In the meantime, have a beautiful Christmas, and a healthy and prosperous 2003. Just a quick note to say how helpful Ginny has been in putting the Summit Cruise together for the CruiseMates Group! Traveling as a single, she worked with me until we had an pricing option I could afford and this required many emails and several phone calls! I've been reading comments on the boards that others feel the same way, she's been patient and very helpful! Sometimes I send an email and think she won't get back to me with an answer until tomorrow, but there's an answer right away! Does this woman sleep, I wonder?
